recognised supplier of PFI/PPP advice on defence projects. Our
general business consultants are also able to offer a wide range of
services including IS/IT solutions, communications support,
feasibility studies and business case development, safety case
development and management, programme management and change
implementation advice. An example of where we worked with a number
of leading defence suppliers is on the Astute Class nuclear
submarine and future aircraft carrier programmes.
Mott MacDonald was commissioned by a number of MoD prime
contractors to provide a range of services for two of the largest
current defence procurement programmes. These services included
assessment, mitigation and management advice for safety and
performance risks and an optioneering studies based on value for
money and performance benefits.
