As part of our process management service for workflow management and process modelling/mapping we provide:

We have considerable experience in the development of SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timed) key performance indicators (KPIs) that can be systematically tracked to assess progress made in achieving predetermined levels of service.

As part of supply / construction and operational monitoring, we use KPIs to evaluate supplier / contractor performance levels and identify areas where improvements are required.
