Mott MacDonald’s Infrastructure Finance Advisory team is
celebrating after winning the prestigious Best Technical
Adviser Award for the third time in four years at the Public
Private Finance Awards 2008.
Over 1,000 key industry figures from both the public and private
sectors attended the awards in London on 29 April to celebrate
successful project delivery and innovation in the PFI/PPP
industry.
A panel of some of the most respected and experienced professionals
from the public and private sectors named Mott MacDonald and EC
Harris joint winners in the Best Technical Adviser category. The
award recognises excellence among the private sector teams
delivering UK projects and programmes in 2008.

Chris Ecob, Mott MacDonald’s head of Infrastructure Finance said,

Mott MacDonald’s success at the awards is down to its 150+ private
finance specialists working across its wide-ranging portfolio of
PPP schemes. The company operates in sectors as diverse as defence,
transportation, water, housing/regeneration, energy, buildings,
telecommunications, healthcare and education and is working on some
of the biggest schemes in the UK, including the £1 billion
redevelopment of Barts Hospital in the City of London and The Royal
London Hospital in Whitechapel, Building Schools for the Future
(BSF) nationwide, the MoD's Future Strategic Tanker Aircraft
project, Northumberland Integrated Waste Management and the Miles
Platting Social Housing project in Manchester.
